Our Story
Nibona was founded in 2019 in Manchester, starting as a small team helping local solicitors move paper case files onto secure digital storage. The first jobs were modest: a handful of filing cabinets, a flatbed scanner, and a lot of manual sorting. Seven years later, the company has grown into a 23-person operation covering 8 districts across Greater Manchester, with 14 distinct services ranging from single document scanning to full archive migration for institutions with decades of records.
Our mission is straightforward: make paper records searchable, storable, and safe from loss, without disrupting how our clients already work. We do not sell abstract promises. We scan, index, and hand back organised digital files that people can actually use the same week.
Values and Approach
- Every batch is logged before and after scanning, so nothing goes missing in transit.
- Original documents are returned or securely destroyed, based on the client's instruction.
- File naming and folder structure are agreed with the client before work begins.
- We keep pricing per page or per box, not hidden in vague packages.
Since 2019 we have completed 2122 jobs for 1771 clients, and 351 of them came back for a second project, usually once a new department or a new set of archive boxes needs the same treatment. Most enquiries get a reply within 2 hours during business hours. That pace matters when a client is waiting on a court deadline or an office move.
